but a tall, dark chocolate brother coming towards me

Not walking, no, they don’t walk, they glide,

they dip, they dive,

They sway to the rhythm of two feet, long and deep

They symbolize and show what it means to use two legs

As a means of transportation and communication

That says: I am African, I am man,

I am the father of civilization, the ruler of the land

And together with my African Queen

We rule this universe called mother world

Come follow my movements because where I lead,

all must follow

For I know the path to righteousness,
to glory, to honor,to freedom,

to spiritual wholeness,

I can lead you out of the darkness

Into the light, for I have found a way
to make it through the night
